Service Description

D-Clean provides on-demand cleaning and home care services through our mobile app and website. Services include general cleaning, big cleaning, laundry & ironing, and elderly care.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking

  • Bookings can be made through our app, website, or LINE Official Account
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification
  • We will match you with the best available cleaner based on your requirements

    • Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled service
  • Cancellation within 4 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price
  • No-shows will be charged the full service price

    • Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept PromptPay, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable
  • Promo codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms

    • Service Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost or provide a refund
  • Claims must include photos and description of the issue

    • User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and contact information
  • Ensure safe access to the premises for our cleaners
  • Secure valuables before the cleaning session
  • Inform us of any special requirements or hazards

    • Cleaner Conduct

  • All cleaners are background-checked and trained
  • Cleaners must not be asked to perform tasks outside the booked service
  • Any misconduct should be reported immediately

    • Liability

  • D-Clean carries liability insurance for accidental damage during service
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence
  • Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid

    • Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
